Job description
Lead the mechanical engineering team responsible for the design, development, and testing of industrial freeze-drying equipment.
Must-Have:
BS in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years Mechanical Engineering experience
3+ years supervisory/people management experience
AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor
PLM/ERP experience (Vault/SAP preferred)
Capital equipment/industrial manufacturing experience
Strong customer-facing and project execution experience
