We are seeking an experienced and skilled welder to contribute to our fabrication and assembly operations. If you have a passion for welding, mechanical skills, and a strong work ethic, we invite you to apply and become part of our growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Build and assemble heavy-duty truck frames and equipment componentsPerform welding tasks using various techniques and materialsRead and interpret welding symbols and technical drawingsPrepare surfaces by grinding and cleaning to ensure quality weldsApply knowledge of metals, fabrication, and assembly processesMaintain a safe and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standardsSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in welding, particularly with heavy-duty truck and equipment componentsProficiency in reading welding symbols and technical drawingsStrong mechanical skills and understanding of fabrication processesKnowledge of different metals and welding techniquesAbility to operate grinding tools and surface preparation equipmentExcellent attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plusWe offer great health benefits, a 401K retirement plan, and life insurance coverage.
