Job description
A national leader in the innovation, distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments for over 55 years, Bathing Brands hires talented and passionate people to help us serve the health and wellness industry. We are now seeking a Mechanical Field Service Technician with hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, construction, HVAC, automotive service, or a related field. This is a skilled trades position working with mechanical equipment, not an IT or remote work role.
Overview:
This full-time Mechanical Field Service Technician position involves the installation, refurbishment, servicing, and troubleshooting of steam and sauna equipment in private residences, health clubs, sports facilities, hotels, and other health and wellness environments. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
You will start each day at our Wheeling facility before traveling to customer locations throughout Chicagoland and the surrounding areas. We provide uniforms, tools, and a company vehicle upon completion of hands-on training with our experienced technical professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on maintenance, mechanical repair, or equipment service experience in HVAC, automotive, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related field
Plumbing experience is highly desirable
Experience with light electrical work is desirable
Ability to thrive in time-sensitive and high-pressure situations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
