Inspector 2 at MKSAs an Inspector 2 at MKS, you will partner with other inspectors to ensure product conformance to prints and specifications. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Quality Manager.You Will Make an Impact By:Learning the mechanical inspection techniques and product requirements for MKS Broomfield products.Working from written procedures, drawings, sketches and specificationsInspecting products mechanically to prints and specifications to ensure conformance. Determines or assists in determining methods, sequences and procedures necessary for inspectionInteracting with the PLM system to access documentation and interacting with the ERP system to perform transactions.Performing mechanical and visual inspection in both a lab and cleanroom environment.Skills You Bring:Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferredWillingness to learn mechanical inspection in a fast-paced environment.Aptitude with numbers and basic math and geometry.Able to absorb and interpret visual information.Proficient in using a computer.1+ years of experience in a similar rolePhysical Demands and Working Conditions:Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of timeRegularly requires good manual dexterity and coordinationOccasionally moves/positions objects up to 30 lbsAbility to remain in a stationary position for 20% of the timeRegularly requires manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at and above shoulder levelMust be able to exchange accurate informationOperates in a laboratory environmentAbility to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Constantly operates a computer, inspection tools and other office productivity machineryDedication to safety to mitigate hazards, including handling mechanical and electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heatNoise level in the work environment is usually averageHourly Pay Range: $ per hourGlobally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
