Job description
Location: North Prairie, WI
$90k-$100k + 6.5% annual bonus + 401(k) match + benefits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required.
4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering .
Proficiency with 3D CAD, CAM, and data analysis programs for layout and tooling design.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies .
Experience in evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, work cells, or machinery .
Experience with capital investment analysis including ROI calculations.
Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ISO 9000, GMP, or ASME preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing processes, work cells, and machinery to improve efficiency and quality.
Design and implement manufacturing work flows and tooling layouts using CAD software to support process improvement initiatives.
Lead process improvement projects including capital investments and process validation to increase throughput and reduce costs.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to develop standards, improve safety, and ensure manufacturability.
Monitor project progress, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate technical findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
