Job description
SE&M Constructors, Inc. in Elm City, NC is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee safety, quality, and efficiency across assigned mechanical construction division projects. You will coordinate with management, procurement, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
The role requires strong reading of drawings, knowledge of NC mechanical codes, and experience with BIM/PlanGrid. Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
