Job description
Johnson Controls seeks a Mechanical Project Team Leader to drive retrofit project execution with emphasis on safety, quality, and financial performance. You will manage day-to-day coordination, lead mechanics, and support sales with proposals and pre-bid reviews.
Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, and optimizing procurement and logistics while maintaining strong customer relationships. Travel may be required based on project assignments.
