Role – Mechanical Superintendent
Location – Charlotte, NC
Salary – $115,000 - $150,000
Job Type – Permanent

As Mechanical Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in guiding the project team to deliver on time while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities:
Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members, providing leadership and mentorship.
Plan, organize, and direct production of the contracted mechanical scope of work.
Manage material and manpower requirements to meet project schedules.
Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor, proactively resolving conflicts and delivering excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
Ensure all installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and mechanical code requirements.
Promote and enforce high standards of quality, safety, and best practice on site.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of field supervisory experience managing crews and running multimillion-dollar construction projects.
An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English, with at least basic computer and writing skills.
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and a drive for growth.
