General Manager – Bodenvy Sandy Springs
Pay: $50,000–$125,000 per year, including salary, commissions & bonuses
Full-Time | In Person | Sandy Springs, GA
Job Summary
Bodenvy is looking for a driven General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and grow our Sandy Springs location.
Bodenvy is the #1 CoolSculpting provider in the nation, and CoolSculpting is the #1 treatment performed at our locations. We also specialize in non-invasive body contouring, weight loss, and wellness programs designed to help clients achieve meaningful body transformations.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to develop the team, strengthen the culture, grow the territory, drive sales, and take ownership of the overall success of the business.
The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, confident, sales-minded, and comfortable holding a team accountable. We want someone who doesn't simply manage an operation, but is excited about growing a business and leading from the front.
Comprehensive training is provided, so prior aesthetics experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Sandy Springs location
Recruit, train, develop, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing team
Create a positive, energetic, sales-driven, and performance-focused culture
Drive revenue and profitability while managing operational costs
Coach the sales team and establish clear performance expectations
Monitor KPIs and use data to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience
Grow Bodenvy's presence and client base throughout Sandy Springs and greater Atlanta
Enforce company policies, protocols, procedures, and performance standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, operational challenges, and day-to-day business needs
Communicate effectively with employees, clients, franchise ownership, and corporate leadership
Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution
Qualifications
Proven leadership and team-management experience
Strong sales and revenue-generation background
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, expenses, and business performance
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage different personalities
Experience recruiting and developing employees
Comfortable learning platforms including Mindbody, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams
CoolSculpting, medical aesthetics, wellness, fitness, healthcare, luxury retail, or other high-touch consumer experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule / Expected Work Hours
Normal business hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Must be available to work Saturdays
This is a client-facing leadership position, and there will be days when you are required to stay later than 6:00 PM based on client needs, business demands, and evening consultations
Flexibility in scheduling is essential
