Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development.
Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients.
Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs, considering cultural and individual preferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
Preferred experience includes Med Surg and/or Telemetry, with at least 2 years of experience for higher-level roles.
Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work safely in a high-alert environment is essential.
