Job description
Join a Medical/Surgical Unit as a Registered Nurse in a reputable healthcare setting.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.
Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engage in professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
Current RN licensure; no prior experience required, but 2 years of experience and a BSN are preferred.
Ability to work safely with alertness, adhering to safety-sensitive position requirements.
