Job description
Bon Secours seeks a Clinical Unit Leader for the Med Surg unit at Mary Immaculate Hospital. The Lead RN/Charge Nurse coordinates patient care on a designated unit, collaborates with the Clinical Manager, and uses nursing knowledge to promote excellence and patient satisfaction.
The role includes guiding staff, ensuring safety and infection control, and communicating effectively with patients and families. BSN preferred; RN licensure required; 2 years nursing with acuity experience preferred.
