Certified Nursing AssistantJob Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible to the licensed nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor. The Certified Nursing Assistant assists the licensed nurse in the direct care of patients, performs non-invasive procedure which do not require sterile technique, performs routine unit maintenance as assigned.Qualifications:Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support card.Well-groomed and demonstrates appropriate, professional conduct.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.Aide certification as determined by the laws of the State of Oregon.Essential Job Requirements:Ability to lift 75 pounds maximum with frequent lifting/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to communicate therapeutically.Possess the ability to provide care for the patients' age-specific, cultural, physical and psychosocial well-being.Shift Details: Day Shift 0600 - 1830Compensation: $21.44-$29.56 Per Hour DOEEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
