Job description
There is currently an urgent need for a Med-Surg Department Manager to join an extremely stable health care organization on a full-time basis. This role is located in scenic Whitefield, NH area which is home to Great North Woods Region bordered views of the White Mountains.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Performs direct patient care services and clinical supervisory services.
Coordinating activities and providing clinical leadership and expertise for a 19 bed Surgical Unit.
Accountable for standards of care and practice.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration.
Qualifications
DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BSN and have at least 5 years of healthcare management experience.
A current RN License in the state of NH is a MUST .
Must have strong critical care skills .
Current BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications are required .
Strong experience using an EMR and Kronos timekeeping .
