Job description
McLaren Health in Michigan's Med/Surg department is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide bedside care, collaborate with physicians, and implement care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes. The role includes delegation to nursing assistants and allied staff, participation in patient conferences, and mentoring new employees to ensure quality care.
