Job description
Texas Health in Flower Mound, TX, seeks a Nursing Supervisor for the Med/Surg unit. This full-time day-shift role focuses on leading a compassionate, highly engaged team to deliver quality patient care and operational excellence.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license, Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), and have 2 years of RN experience with prior leadership roles. BCLS and CPI training are required and CPI must be maintained annually.
