Job description
Bradley County Medical Center is seeking a MedSurg Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for the Medical-Surgical Department in Arkansas. You will oversee patient care, staffing, performance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development while collaborating with physicians and other departments.
The role requires RN license in Arkansas, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of acute-care experience with MedSurg exposure.
