Job description
River's Edge Hospital in Saint Peter, MN is seeking a Nursing Leader for the Medical-Surgical unit. This full-time, exempt role leads staff, ensures adherence to nursing standards, and coordinates patient care from admission to discharge.
The position requires RN licensure in Minnesota, a BSN preferred, and a strong background in Med Surg. The unit collaborates with Education Specialists and reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
