Job description
Lakeview Hospital is seeking a Med/Surg Nursing Manager to join our Nursing Leadership team. The role carries 24-hour accountability for the department and a focus on patient-centered care that meets identified goals.
The Nursing Manager will participate in developing strategic and operational plans, directing all aspects of patient care and services to ensure the organization’s mission, vision, and values are met. This includes staff development, environmental, HR, and fiscal management.
