Job description
Texas Health Resources in Plano invites new graduate RNs to apply for a 15-month Graduate Nurse Residency Program with a February 22, 2027 start. The program blends guided clinical experience, instructor-led curricula, mentoring, and 360-degree evaluations across rotating home units to build confidence for complex patient care.
It is a full-time Med/Surg residency with rotating weekends/holidays/on-call shifts, requiring ADN with BSN preferred, RN licensure, and BCLS prior to independent care.
