Job description
Parkridge Health Network, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical care on our medical-surgical unit. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, support bedside nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include overseeing patient assessments, care planning, discharge coordination, mentoring staff, and promoting quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
