Job description
Fairview Health Services is seeking an Observation Unit RN at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. The role focuses on adult patients with medical and surgical needs in a fast-paced 28-bed unit, using telemetry and protocol-driven care. 12‑hour day shifts cover two weeks with every third weekend.
The RN will assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care on an integrated team. The position requires MN RN licensure and BLS; preferred candidates hold BSN or have 1–3 years of Med/Surg experience
