Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care on an 18-bed Med/Surg unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within established nursing standards, and promote patient and family-centered care.
You will educate on illness management, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the healthcare team to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and barriers.
