MetroHealth in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking an experienced RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. The role supports a 24-bed unit with a 5:1 patient ratio and advanced telemetry to deliver high-acuity cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures, with collaboration among PCNAs, interns, providers, and therapists. Ohio RN license, BLS and ACLS within set timelines are required; BSN is preferred.
