Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical/Surgical unit to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
You will educate patients and families, develop individualized care plans, and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
