Job description
NALHE is seeking a Registered Nurse II to provide professional patient care with accountability for a group of patients over a designated time. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process and collaborating with the health care team.
Responsibilities include data collection, care coordination, patient education, safety, documentation, and participation in staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
