Job description
LeoForce in Tyler, TX is seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult medical‑surgical patients. You will admit and monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment.
The role requires an active Texas RN license, ADN/BSN, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of acute Med-Surg experience. Shifts are 12 hours, with days, nights, and weekends as needed.
