Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Med Surg RN to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team in Georgia. You will provide evidence-based nursing care and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teammates to improve outcomes.
You will mentor peers, promote best practices, and participate in safety initiatives while managing resources for optimal patient care in a homecare setting. BLS/ACLS and 2+ years Med Surg experience are required.
