Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Med Surg RN to support multiple campuses, delivering personalized, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes. You will own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation and mentor staff.
This role requires an BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years of Med Surg experience. Proficiency with Epic and 3M systems and strong communication and critical-thinking skills are essential.
