Job description
Jefferson Health is seeking a professional nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process within a culture of safety and collaboration.
The RN will develop individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners, collaborate with inter-professional teams, educate patients and families about conditions and treatment, and participate in safety and quality improvement activities to continuously improve outcomes.
