Med/Surg RN: Lead Patient Care & Collaboration

Job description

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborate with the care team, and advocate for patients and families, following established nursing models and standards.

You will lead care coordination, documentation, and patient education throughout shifts. Qualifications include a basic life support certification within 30 days, RN or APRN licensure, and an associate degree or RN diploma.
