Job description
Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Pool Clinical Nurse for the Med Surg unit. Under supervision, you will deliver nursing care, document assessments, and coordinate a patient-centered plan of care for diverse populations.
You will perform ongoing assessments, discharge planning, and collaborate with the healthcare team. The role requires ADN, Florida or compact RN license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit; strong communication and patient education are essential.
