Job description
TEEMA is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care for medical-surgical patients in alignment with hospital standards. You will assess conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly respond to clinical changes while administering physician-ordered medications and treatments.
You will develop individualized care plans upon admission, collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes, and ensure culturally competent care and thorough documentation while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
