Job description
Texas Health Southwest in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg Tele unit. This PRN II position requires a minimum of 3 shifts per 6 week schedule; you will deliver care using the Nursing Process, assess and plan, and coordinate patient care with the team.
We prefer a BSN but a Nursing Diploma or ADN is acceptable; current Texas RN license, BLS, CPI and ACLS within specified timelines are required.
