Job description
Mount Sinai Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Med-Surge-Spine Center (8C) on the Mount Sinai campus in New York. The role features full-time night shifts with responsibilities spanning direct patient care, care coordination, and patient education.
The nurse will utilize Relationship Centered Care within the Modified Primary Nursing model, participate in admissions and discharge activities, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
