Job description
Mount Sinai Morningside in New York, NY is seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse for the Medicine/Surgery/Tele unit to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rounds and discharge planning, perform charge nurse duties as needed, and educate patients and families to support safe transitions of care.
