Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse – Travel Nursing Contract in Winchester, MA
Join our healthcare team as a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse in Winchester, Massachusetts. This 8-week travel nursing assignment offers $2,470–$2,600 in weekly estimated pay, consistent 12-hour day shifts, and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care just minutes from Boston.

Registered Nurse Job Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
At least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
Recent experience using Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
Ability and willingness to float between assigned units as needed
Availability for the designated December 7 start date
Time-off requests should be limited to no more than three days; holiday time off is not available for this assignment
Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, clinical status, and changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Complete patient assessments, care planning, clinical documentation, and patient education
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Prioritize patient care effectively while floating to support unit staffing needs
Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and compassionate care throughout each shift
