Job description
Hillsboro Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires adherence to standards of care, strong communication, and the ability to work with flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
