Job description
Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg/Telemetry unit in Potsdam, NY. This 13-week onsite contract begins October 12, 2026, with a 4x12 hour day shift and a 52-hour work week.
Candidates must have ACLS, BLS and NIHSS certifications, EPIC charting experience, and be willing to float to West 2, West 3 and Observation. PCU-trained candidates are preferred; strong telemetry and stroke center exposure is valued.
