You'll also be supported by an industry leading organization that is committed to quality services and treating people with dignity and respect.Job RequirementsA passion for helping seniorsA desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and writtenAbility to work every other weekendJob Responsibilities IncludeSetting up, administering and documenting resident medications, treatments and skin care.Working together with the caregivers in order to provide the best possible care for residents.Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records.Med Tech Certification or License depending on your state requirement.Some supervisory experience preferred but not requiredIn addition to a positive work environment we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including Paid Time Off, Health/Dental/Life/Short-term Disability, 401(k) with employer matching contribution for full-time employees.Come and make a difference in the lives of seniors!
