Job description
Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a registered nurse to engage in unit councils, apply evidence-based practices, and coordinate care across the continuum. You will assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with families, while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and BSN where possible, with strong communication and EHR documentation skills. You may float to other units to meet patient care needs as required.
