CNA – Medicaid Cases, 4-Hour Shifts Only – Charlotte North, NCLooking for real part-time hours instead of a full shift? It's a solid option if you're balancing school, another job, family care, or simply prefer working a set number of hours a day rather than a full shift.Schedule: 4-hour shifts only, daily Location: Charlotte North, NC – 28262/28269 Client type: Medicaid clients, private residences Care involved: Personal care, mobility support, companionship, light home tasks (client-dependent)What you'll need:Active NC CNA certificationYour own reliable transportation and a valid licenseA dependable, on-time approach — Medicaid clients count on consistencyFlexibility to adapt if your case includes more than one client in a dayGood to know: most days you'll be assigned to one client for your 4-hour block. When additional cases are open, we may offer you a second client on the same day if you're interested in more hours — but that's optional, not required. This role works whether you want exactly 4 hours a day or you're open to picking up more when it's available.On pay: this is entry-level Medicaid compensation, with travel time factored into the rate rather than paid separately.
