Job description
Cytokinetics is seeking a Medical Director, US Medical Affairs, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, to lead medical strategy and external engagement for aficamten in the US. You will collaborate with Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory, and Safety teams to shape evidence plans and medical communication.
The role requires MD/DO or PharmD with 3–5 years of Medical Affairs experience, CV training, and strong presentation skills. Travel around 30% is expected as part of field-based activities.
