Role Overview
Apply healthcare management expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated operational content and workflows. You will assess materials involving clinical services, personnel, budgets, records, program planning, and regulatory compliance across healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and other management materials for accuracy and quality.
Compare AI responses for operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and feasibility for clinical services.
Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning, then provide expert feedback.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or in a closely related healthcare management role.
Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services in hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings.
Strong written English communication skills.
Work Terms
Remote hourly engagement with an immediate start.
Commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
Expected project duration of approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Compensation
$100 to $120 per hour.
Initial work is paid per task upon approval; qualifying contributors transition to hourly payment for the remainder of the project.
