Medical Assembler 1st & 2nd ShiftBrooklyn Park, MN$20.00-$24.00 per hour - paid weekly1st & 2nd ShiftTemp to hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Medical Assemblers for a leading medical equipment manufacturer in Brooklyn Park, MN. In this role, you’ll support the production of high quality medical products by following detailed manufacturing processes in a clean, regulated environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, precise tasks, and being part of a collaborative team, this could be an excellent next step in your career.What You'll Do as a Medical Assembler:Follow all cGMP standards, safety procedures, and company policiesInterpret manufacturing documentation, drawings, and work instructionsPerform assembly, processing, and fabrication tasks using tools and equipmentComplete workstation set-ups and basic troubleshootingConduct visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes and measurement toolsDocument production and inspection results accuratelyIdentify and report quality issues to the appropriate personnelAssist with packaging and maintain a clean, organized work areaCollaborate effectively with peers and senior operatorsWhat You Need to Bring to the Medical Assembler Role:1+ years of experience in medical device manufacturingAbility to read, write, and speak fluent EnglishAbility to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, humidity, fumes, dust, noise)Knowledge of workstation setup and basic inspection methodsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
