Medical Assistant - CertifiedLocation: Lexington, MA (02421) Duration: 20 WeeksSchedule:Monday – Friday08:30 AM - 05:00 PM40 Hours per WeekJob Summary: The Medical Assistant will support Lexington Primary Care by performing routine clinical and administrative duties, including taking blood pressure, vital signs, height and weight, EKGs, phlebotomy, point-of-care (POC) testing, scheduling diagnostic and lab tests, maintaining exam rooms and medical supplies, and supporting patient care operations.Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required.BLS (AHA) certification required.Medical Assistant Certification preferred.Experience taking blood pressure and performing general MA duties.Epic experience required.Point-of-Care (POC) testing experience required.Experience scheduling diagnostic and lab tests required.Must live within 20 miles of the facility.
