Medical Assistant 8 Hours On Wednesdays OnlyRidgeview, a not-for-profit community mental health center headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant or LPN to support our Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner in Jamestown, TN, on Wednesdays, 8:30am-4:30pm. Interested in full-time hours? One Ridgeview!HOPE | HEALING | RECOVERY "Where life's complexities are met with hope"QualificationsThe Medical Assistant must have Medical Assistant training and certification from an accredited program with a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred. Must have valid driver's license and a safe driving history. Must be able to become CPR certified within 90 days of employment.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Medical Assistant assists the Medication Management provider in a variety of tasks including vital signs, gathering information, calling in prescriptions, patient education, electronic health record entry, administering IM injections, and other tasks as assigned.
