Medical Administrative Assistant - Employee HealthBoulder Community Health is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support for the Human Resources, Occupational Health, and Employee Health departments. BLS certification is required by the end of the conditional period.Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, managing employee communications, providing patient care, creating ID badges, educating employees on health processes, communicating vaccination requirements, maintaining confidential health records, processing faxes and medical forms, supporting injured or ill employees, maintaining office operations, and ensuring accurate documentation.Boulder Community Health is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado, serving the Boulder County community.
