Medical Assistant/Front Office FloatMaxHealth is looking to hire a full-time Medical Assistant/Front Office Float to work between our Sarasota and Manatee County clinics to oversee patient care, prepare patients' rooms, assist physicians with exams, and perform front desk tasks. As a true people person, you thrive in this environment as you greet patients warmly and triage them upon arrival. You prepare them to see the physician by preparing examination and procedure rooms, obtaining their histories, vital signs, and weight/height measurements. As needed, you perform some administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and procedures for patients as well as managing the necessary documents such as pre-authorizations, medical records, and test results.
