Our Executive Health Center delivers an elevated, end-to-end exam experience where patients receive advanced diagnostics, AI-driven screenings, comprehensive cardiovascular and performance testing, and a personalized physician consultation—all in one streamlined visit.Our clinic is designed around exceptional patient care, efficiency, and attention to detail, creating an environment where patients feel cared for like VIPs and clinicians can practice at the top of their craft.Beyond the clinic, Medici is expanding its approach to proactive health through Medici Peptides and Dr. Gabi, our AI health companion.About the Role:The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a critical support role in delivering Medici's Executive Health Exam experience. Working under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Physician, the MA supports diagnostic workflows, patient flow, and clinical operations while helping ensure a polished, calm, and efficient patient experience.This is a Full-time position Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 PM.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a premium, low-volume clinical environment and enjoys supporting advanced diagnostics and preventive care.What you will work on:Deliver a polished, concierge-style patient experience by escorting patients through the Executive Assessment and explaining each step clearly and professionallySupport smooth patient flow across all assessment components while maintaining comfort, privacy, and confidentialityObtain vitals and assist with intake measurements and documentationIndependently perform venipuncture/blood draws and appropriately process lab specimensPrepare and position patients for DEXA scansPerform/Support AI-enabled skin analysisPerform vision and hearing testingPerform functional fitness evaluationsDocument procedures and completed screenings accurately in the EMR and communicate efficiently with the RN and physicianTurn over rooms between patients and maintain clean, stocked, patient-ready clinical spacesAssist with equipment setup/breakdown and basic troubleshooting; follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelinesSupport clinic operations outside of the Executive Health Assessment, including assisting with our Peptide workflow.What you will bring:Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant programCurrent Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)Hands-on phlebotomy experience required, including demonstrated proficiency performing venipuncture and blood draws independentlyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanor appropriate for an executive-level patient populationExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols
